About the job
At Equalture, the science team makes our product unique. We develop game-based assessments capturing an individual's behavioural and cognitive competencies. The Science team is responsible for developing, validating, and monitoring the assessments, as well as translating the results into actionable insights. Our team of three excellent scientists, each with their own expertise, is looking for an additional member who bridges the gap between science and the business. Leveraging your knowledge about scientific methods and organisational psychology to either help create new games or optimise the use of our current ones. You’ll be responsible for all science projects, and articulating your knowledge about organisational psychology to make the projects successful. In this role, you’ll be working closely with our Organisational Psychologist, our CEO, the science team, and the Customer Success team. You’ll be reporting to Jaap, the CTO.
These are things you will be doing on a regular day:
- Identifying gaps, challenges, and shortcomings in the current set of games and improving them to overcome those.
- Helping the team to make sure all scientific documentation is up-to-date and of high quality.
- Coming up with new opportunities for research around the science behind our games and our platform.
- Working closely with our customer-facing teams to help them answer questions around the games and the science behind them.
- Supporting the professional and personal growth of our science team;

You’re a well-organised individual and have a love for (organisational) psychology. A fast-paced and ever changing environment sounds like your kind of place.
