About the job

As our Sales Development Representative for Enterprises, you will be working on filling our pipeline with global enterprise organisations. You’ll be part of our Sales team and will collaborate with our Account Executives, Marketing & Customer Success team on a weekly basis. You’ll report to and be supported by our Head of Sales Lianne.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Researching potential Enterprise accounts to target;
  • Qualifying leads through calls, emails and social media outreach;
  • Identifying opportunities within our current Enterprise customer base;
  • Collaborating with our wider sales team and our Customer Success team;
  • Mastering our CRM Hubspot to enable the Account Management team;
  • Learning about Equalture's value proposition within the global enterprise market.

About you

You are looking for a job in which you will play a crucial role in our (international) growth. You want to know what it’s like to work in a fast growing startup where everyone is in it to win it! Preferably:

  • Professional English and Dutch native (hard requirement);
  • affinity with SaaS and tech;
  • interested in international sales;
  • very eager to achieve your goals and to learn;
  • love storytelling even more - because that’s what it’s all about when selling an innovation.
  • Ready to conquer the world and enter the amazing world called startup life. 🤘
