Position Summary:

In this role, you will provide technical and subject matter expertise to some of the world’s most innovative and fast-growing companies. Collaborating closely with our Sales team, you will help close new business by deeply understanding our clients’ needs and ensuring our existing customers maximise value by crafting AI-first automation strategies. You will guide and support customers throughout their lifecycle with Engaige, from initial engagement to long-term success.

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years in pre-sales engineering, strategy/management/technology consulting.
  • Proficient with APIs and familiar with SaaS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot).
  • Experience with scripting for automation of internal processes (e.g., Python, …)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience in engaging stakeholders, are advantageous.
  • Technically and analytically curious, always eager to learn and innovate.
  • Based in the Netherlands or Spain or willing to move there

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions with customers and prospects to identify requirements and opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging, value-based presentations (product demos, technical assessments, roadmaps) to all organisational levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Develop custom product demonstrations and sandboxes that highlight the long-term value of Engaige’s Automation-First strategy.
  • Scope and design integrations into customers' existing technology stacks.
  • Support pre-sales by meeting quarterly revenue goals and closing new business.
  • Assist customers through the implementation process and ensure a successful go-live experience.
  • Maintain and expand existing client accounts by conducting quarterly business reviews and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Drive platform adoption and utilisation, focusing on increasing automated resolutions for existing customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to provide continuous feedback and enhance Engaige’s products and marketing strategies.
