We are embarking on a bold, multi-year architecture transformation to evolve our core SaaS B2B platform into a modern, scalable, and high-performance solution. We are looking for a bold architect who thrives in complexity to raise the bar of our engineering culture while steering the platform into its next chapter.

As a senior individual contributor, you will work closely with our Application, Infrastructure, and Data Architects to design and align solutions across the platform, ensuring end-to-end integrity from concept to delivery. This is a hands-on architecture role — you will design, prototype, and provide technical leadership to teams while embedding best practices in scalability, extensibility, security, and quality by design.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

• Shape cohesive, future-proof architectures by aligning business needs with application, infrastructure, and data architects.
• Lead the transition from monolithic to modular, multi-tenant systems, evolving the technical foundation for scale and resilience.
• Act as design authority for critical domains (such as ERP connectivity, integrations), setting clear standards and enforcing architectural excellence.
• Elevate engineering culture by embedding best practices in design, documentation, decision tracking, and collaboration across distributed teams.
• Partner with the CPTO and VP Engineering to drive bold technical strategy, balancing vision with pragmatic execution.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or equivalent senior technical role in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Track record of leading architectural transformations (e.g., monolith to modular, single-tenant to multi-tenant, cloud modernization).
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure (Azure Solutions Architect certification is a plus).
• Experience with .NET backend and React frontend ecosystems, and familiarity with ERP and eCommerce systems integration (ERP/e-commerce experience is a nice to have).
• Exposure to data-driven product capabilities and architectures.
• Able to work hybrid (3 days in office).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences (from executives to engineers).
• Ability to work with distributed teams and instill a culture of quality, scalability, and security by design.
• A bold, pragmatic mindset — someone who can understand the breadth of the platform and helps shape its future direction with confidence.
