What you'll bring:

  • You have a minimal mbo-4 degree and 1+ years of relevant experience;
  • Genuine interest in IT with strong motivation to learn and grow;
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills;
  • Basic Windows troubleshooting knowledge;
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
  • Some hands-on experience with computer hardware troubleshooting;
  • Familiar with end-user applications such as Office365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive is an advantage;
  • Willingness to work fully on-site.
  • Understanding of network fundamentals and willingness to learn cabling/switch configuration
