Sana Commerce is seeking a Product Owner Connectivity to join our global product team, recognized as a "Niche Player" in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Commerce in 2022 and 2023. This role focuses on enhancing our prebuilt integrations with essential IT solutions for our target customers, who rely on us for superior digital B2B commerce support and handling complex products and channels.

As a fast learner with strong vision and execution skills, you will identify the optimal role our product can play in our customers' IT landscapes. You will expand our pre-built integrations, ensuring our product works seamlessly with the applications customers use to optimize their processes and engage with B2B buyers. Key responsibilities include optimizing prebuilt integrations with third-party applications like Product configurators, PIM-systems, Payment Service Providers (e.g., Adyen), Shipping providers (e.g., UPS), CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing applications (e.g., HubSpot). Your primary goal is to help customers reduce operational costs and increase revenue by providing the necessary integrations for an efficient digital commerce solution.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Determine success criteria for Sana’s prebuilt integrations portfolio, together with the Connectivity Product Manager.
  • Measure success of individual integrations over the whole product lifecycle, and act accordingly (incl. price-setting).
  • Plan and execute product launches for new pre-built integrations, together with our product marketing team.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap mapped with customer value and embed this in our organization.
  • Expand the out-of-the-box integration possibilities of our product with business-critical applications by prioritizing based on impact and value.
  • Work together with your development teams and stakeholders to define and execute a vision, strategy, and roadmap for our pre-built integrations.
  • Share this vision and strategy with our employees, partners, and customers via webinars and events globally.
  • Make sure we measure the usage and added value of the integrations and the success of all our customers.


What you'll bring:

  • At least 5 years of working experience, of which minimally 2 years as a product owner in (B2B) software.
  • Preferably, your work experience encompasses dealing with and working on integrations (connecting different software systems, applications, or platforms).
  • You have a customer centric approach and believe that an excellent customer experience is key for your success.
  • You are an innovator and have an out of the box approach to challenges that reach beyond the product.
  • You are able to manage stakeholders well and unite them behind a vision. You are a strong builder of bridges.
  • You are an extremely quick learner.
  • You have outstanding analytical skills, and you can handle complex and technical subjects.
  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills at all levels of the organization (commercial and technical).
