At Sana Commerce, we're looking for an HR Business Partner to drive organizational success by strategically partnering with leadership to implement HR initiatives, enhance employee performance and development, and ensure effective talent management, thereby fostering a productive and engaged workforce. We are on a mission to elevate our People team and strategy beyond traditional HR business partner roles, leveraging your experience you bring to drive innovative and transformative change.


What you'll be doing:

  • Establishing business partnerships with leaders and stakeholders to support their needs and provide advice and guidance;
  • Partnering with management to implement HR strategies;
  • Ensuring a well-functioning Performance Management cycle;
  • Handling employee relations;
  • Managing sickness cases of employees;
  • Identifying, designing, and delivering training and development needs in Learning and Development;
  • Informing management and offering insights and recommendations based on workforce analytics, KPIs, and external data;
  • Leading various HR projects;
  • Aligning with hiring managers on recruiting the right people for the right roles.


What you'll bring:

  • A completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, (Dutch) employment laws, and regulations;
  • Experience with complex stakeholder management at all levels;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret HR metrics;
  • Project management experience with a track record of leading (strategic) HR projects;
  • High level of integrity
  • (Near) native level of Dutch.
