As Product Owner, you’ll take the lead on one of our most exciting new product domains: Product-Led Growth (PLG) and AI-powered innovation. Your job is to make sure we develop features that don’t just work but deliver real business value.

This is what you’ll do
As Product Owner at Dyflexis, you translate ambition into action. You work side-by-side with our CEO Matthijs, CTO Osman and developers to refine our product vision and turn big-picture strategy into day-to-day priorities.

You don’t just write stories, you break them down into atomic, impact-driven chunks. You know how to drive consistent progress through 6-week cycles, followed by a 2-week cooldown to reflect, refine, and stay aligned with the bigger picture. You align support, consultancy and sales, cutting through competing needs with structured decision-making and clear prioritisation.

Your work is deeply user-centric: you guide the team with sharp priorities, a keen eye for value, and a pragmatic sense of what’s possible. You own the backlog, surface opportunities, and push for smart innovation. Whether it’s refining a feature, making customer interviews part of your weekly rhythm, or slicing a bold idea into something shippable. You keep momentum.

This is what you need

  • 5+ of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS or tech environment

  • Solid understanding of software development and UX processes

  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams in an agile setup

  • Strong product instincts: you know what drives value and how to prioritize

  • Affinity with PLG strategies and innovation in AI and AI agents

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
