We’re hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist who brings a passion for people, software, and service – and leaves customers smiling after every call.
This is what you do
You’re the voice of Dyflexis. The one our customers turn to when they need help, guidance, or just a quick fix. Whether by phone or email, you show them how to get the most from our planning and time-tracking software. You troubleshoot issues, correct working hours, ensure bonuses and holidays are calculated right, and help clients close payroll periods smoothly.
You know how to translate complex software questions into clear, helpful answers. You learn the ins and outs of our product like the back of your hand and use that knowledge to wow customers with service that’s friendly, fast, and on point. With your sharp ears and soft skills, you lift our customer satisfaction to new heights.
This is what you need
- You speak and write German fluently (C2 level) and are also proficient in English.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar (tech) support or service role.
- You know how to translate customer needs into software solutions.
- You love working in a high-energy team.
- You can read and write in Dutch (a plus).
You're patient, pragmatic, and solution-focused. You listen well, ask the right questions, and get to the heart of any issue. You don’t shy away from challenges – in fact, that’s where you shine.

- Fixed salary up to €3,500 gross/month (based on 40 hours)
