What you’ll be doing
At Dyflexis, we're rapidly scaling internationally. We’re working hard to become a leading industry name - but we’re not there yet. As our Senior Frontend Developer, you'll help shape our platform's frontend future: your actions will directly contribute to scaling and preparing the platform for heavy loads and global reach. Working together with our talented tech team, we need you to bring fresh ideas to the table - whether they come from user feedback or market trends- and help us make smart decisions that stick.

Areas of impact:
+ Refactor legacy code step by step to enhance performance and resilience.
+Help our full-stack developers improve their frontend expertise through mentoring and training.
+ Develop and maintain the component library.
+Collaborate with multiple product teams and our innovation lab to drive frontend advancements.

Dive into our stack
Here is our stack and where we would love for you to provide value:

+ Javascript - obviously ;-).
+ The frontend makes use of Vue.js 3, Pinia, Vite.
+ For our mobile app: Ionic and Capacitor combined with Cordova.
+ The code is hosted in a monorepo in GitLab and deployed with GitLab CI/CD.
+ We use Docker for containerization purposes.
+ We deploy in the cloud, using Scaleway as our cloud provider.

What you need to succeed:
The setting is challenging: 1 million users depend on our platform. Our goal? To pump that number up to 50 million users. Insane, we know! So, stability and scalability must go hand in hand. Moreover, we want to improve the framework, increase robustness, and optimize many features concurrently, including authorization, routing, and component interaction. Granted, this is a challenging role, but the payoff is greater still. If you succeed, you will not only improve the way we approach frontend development, but also positively impact the experience of 1 million existing users across the globe.

Your track record shows:
+ Proven track record of 5+ years working with JavaScript and Vue.js
+ A proactive approach to challenges - you know how to identify problems, propose solutions, and contribute to the team’s growth.
+ Experience in improving scalability, performance & maintainability of code.
+ You know how to build things - from scratch.
+ Your English is solid—because clear communication keeps the team in sync!
