What you’ll be doing as Senior Backend Developer at Dyflexis
At Dyflexis, we create the most efficient and powerful workforce planning and time registration software in the world. The development of our engineers is highly valued, and a passion for technology is a requirement for us. However, that's not the only important aspect. We believe that the best results are achieved by working as a team in a no-blame culture. You will work in a scrum team and, together with your team, you will be responsible for innovative and creative backend solutions.
What you need to succeed
The setting is challenging: 800k users depend on our platform and app, so stability and scalability must go hand in hand. Moreover, we want to improve the framework, increase robustness, and optimize many features concurrently, including authorization, routing, and component interaction. Granted, this is a challenging role, but the payoff is greater still. If you succeed, you will not only improve the way we approach DevOps, but also positively impact the experience of 800k users across the globe.
