You’ll be at the heart of developing and designing our workforce management platform. We value creativity and user-friendly solutions, and we are eager to see your innovative ideas come to life. You'll join one of our 4 core feature teams and will have the freedom to share your ideas across the team.

Your responsibilities will include:
⊕ Developing and designing user-friendly interfaces with a focus on scalability and performance
⊕ Continuously learning and applying new technologies to solve challenging problems
⊕ Collaborating closely with other teams to enhance our platform
⊕ Keep developing your skills by tackling ‘difficult’ tech challenges
⊕ Keeping up with market trends to ensure our solutions stay ahead of the curve

What you need to succeed
Our platform supports 800k users, so stability and scalability are essential. We're looking for a developer who can improve the framework, increase robustness, and optimize features like authorization, routing, and component interaction. Granted, this is a challenging role, but the payoff is greater still. If you succeed, you will not only improve the way we approach frontend development, but also positively impact the experience of 800k users across the globe.

Your track record shows:
⊕ Experience in building solid products (agency experience is a plus)
⊕ Proficiency with Javascript, Vue 3, Docker, Gitlab, and some Ionic
⊕ Ownership and initiative come naturally to you – you’re on it, always
⊕ You set systems up from scratch and embrace a ‘build it, run it, love it’ mindset
⊕ You are a passionate and pragmatic problem-solver: no puzzle is too complex!
