What you’ll be doing as Implementation Consultant at Dyflexis
You’ll make the implementation projects a first-class experience. Thanks to your clear explanations, customers learn the ins and outs of our workforce management software from A to Z. You manage projects in terms of satisfaction, time, quality and costs. You set the framework and guidelines and think along the customer's entire workforce management spectrum, also outside of Dyflexis.

As a consultant, you are responsible for the project result and are the contact person for the client until the system is fully running. You can work well under pressure and convince people with well-founded arguments.

Your tasks include:

• Project analysis & planning: You are able to translate the client's wishes into the technical design of the software. You identify the issues, create a plan and implement it in a customer-oriented manner. You take stakeholders into account and adjust the planning if necessary. You inform yourself thoroughly about the client's wishes.
• Training & implementation: You work with colleagues to train the future system administrators in the use of Dyflexis. You have enough business acumen and knowledge of HR processes to communicate with the customer on an equal footing. You do this for small and large companies in various industries.
• Optimization of processes and working methods: As a scale-up, we make great progress and grow every year. With innovative ideas, you contribute to the efficient organization of your team, your working methods and your business processes.

What you need to succeed:

• Previous experience with (IT) consultancy is preferred
• You speak fluent German and have a good command of English (it's a big plus if you also have proficiency in Dutch)
• You have excellent communication and project management skills
• You bring a great deal of enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• You thrive in a changing, sometimes chaotic, atmosphere
• Experience with the implementation of business software (or workforce management) is an advantage
