As our Head of Sales, you thrive in developing and steering the sales process, strategy, and people development. Reporting to our CCO/CMO (Bastiaan), you will lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (#10), achieve goals, and ensure execution excellence. Your background in B2B SaaS is crucial in ensuring your teams are motivated and equipped to achieve our business targets.
Your responsibilities in 6 bullets:
- Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.
- Managing, mentoring, and coaching a sales team, setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and driving a high-performance sales culture.
- Ensure we remain connected and highly visible in the market.
- Operate Salesforce workflows and leverage insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Snuggle up to our marketing team to execute account/segment/vertical-specific campaigns and sales strategies.
- Keep close tabs on industry trends, events, and the competitive landscape (e.g. through personal research) to identify sales prospects and market opportunities.

Your track record shows
- At least 5 years experience in SaaS sales, with a preference for B2B.
- 2+ years in a managerial role, leading teams to success.
- You have CRM knowledge (Salesforce is our favorite) and a passion for tech.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- You’re professional, patient and boast an on-point (no BS) communication style.
- You love multicultural, remote, and fast-paced startup environments.
