Title: Product Owner, Batch AI
Summary of Role
The primary goal in a Product Owner role is to represent the customer to the development team. A key activity is to manage and make visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for future product development. For this role, we are seeking a Product Owner with experience in AI-driven products, data science, or statistical modeling.
How You’ll Succeed
Support Product Leads to define product vision, Strategy and Roadmap
Assist in defining features' metric of success and measurement
Convert market and customer's needs into new product features through creation, management and prioritization of product backlog
Collaborate with stakeholder for requirement elicitation and analysis
Assist Product Leads with product documentation - requirements, solution diagrams, architecture diagrams, customer journeys, etc.
Manage dependencies, risks, and issues through collaboration with POs and Scrum masters
Work with engineering teams during product development to support planning, refinement, review, and other sprint activities
Participate in product validation activities
What You Bring
Proven experience of successfully launched product features that was widely adopted by customers
Demonstrated experience of performing the duties as a Product Owner for 1 Agile Pod
You possess 3-5 years of experience in software development or similar field where candidate developed skills in product management as well as Scrum and/or project management practices.
You have a 4-year degree in business administration, information management, or similar field
You love the challenge of driving teams towards a common goal, with little direction or oversight
You demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
You have proven success in an Agile ecosystem
You demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
You have outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
