What your day to day will look like
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to ensure that your design solutions align with the company's goals and objectives
- UX exploration, communication and validation:
- Conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points
- Designing wireframes and prototypes to communicate your design ideas and test them with users
- Conducting user testing to validate your design solutions and ensure that they meet user needs
- Conducting design reviews to receive feedback and iterate your designs
- Designing the visual elements of the user interface, such as icons, buttons, and other interactive elements
- Creating design guidelines or style guides to ensure consistency across the product or service
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on enterprise software
- A portfolio of previous UX design work that showcases design thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver results that meet business and user needs
- Ability to analyse user data and conduct user research to identify pain points and develop solutions that improve user experience
- Proficiency in UX design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite, and understanding of user interface (UI) design, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience with prototyping tools to create interactive and functional prototypes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders in a cross-functional team
- Ability to develop and implement a UX strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, customer needs, and market trends
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- You are a proactive self-starter, a great team player, open to constructive criticism, and can coordinate projects from inception to finish independently
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus
Bonus Experience
- A background in enterprise software is a plus
