We’re looking for a freelance Motion Designer with a strong focus on localization and adaptation, who can create, translate and culturally adapt visual content into Spanish.
About the role
As a Motion Designer at ChatLicense, your primary focus will be on translating, adapting, and localizing motion design, animation, and visual content into Spanish. You will ensure that content is not only linguistically accurate, but also culturally relevant and engaging for Spanish-speaking audiences.
What you’ll do
• Create, translate, adapt and localize motion design, animation, and visual content into Spanish
• Adapt existing animations and designs to fit cultural and linguistic context
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain quality and consistency
• Work within hybrid AI production workflows, combining traditional and AI-driven content
• Ensure high-quality output across formats (app, video, social, print)
What we’re looking for
• Strong experience as a Motion Designer (mid level)
• Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects (essential)
• Solid skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experienced working with Figma
• Native or near-native Spanish language skills
• Fluent in English (team communication)
• Experience with or strong affinity for hybrid AI production workflows (combining traditional production and AI tools)
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as: HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Midjourney
• Strong attention to detail, especially in language and cultural nuance
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
