Based in Rotterdam, Chainels is a high-growth PropTech company offering a tenant platform for multi-tenant properties. Our SaaS solution is trusted by renowned Real estate investors and is available in 15+ countries and used in over 500+ buildings.

In our team, you are a fundamental part of our growth strategy and responsible for maximizing our recurring revenue. As an Account Executive you will focus on new logo acquisition and have a high impact on our new business revenue growth.

What you’ll do

  • Closing: You’re responsible for bringing in net new, recurring revenue through closing mid-market and enterprise customers in primarily the French-speaking and secondary Spanish European markets.
  • Prospecting: You own your list with target accounts and build outreach strategies to fill your pipeline, supported by opportunities from the business developer, marketing and partnerships.
  • Networking: You build a network in the real estate industry as part of your pipeline gen activities through events, networking associations, and social selling on LinkedIn.
  • Collaboration: You will be working closely together with the BDR, Customer Growth Manager, and other internal stakeholders like Solution Engineering, Product, and marketing to drive pipeline generation activities.
  • Pipeline management: You guide prospects through their evaluation process, influence decision criteria, and support building business cases that trigger action across complex buying centers.
  • CRM: You maintain data hygiene in our HubSpot CRM, forecast with accuracy, and make data-driven decisions across your sales funnel.

What you need to succeed

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • You have a proven track record of +2 years in a new business SaaS closing sales role.
  • You see yourself as a “hunter” and enjoy developing creative prospecting strategies.
  • You are a networker, social seller, and love to travel and attend events for work
  • You have experience with selling to complex DMUs and winning new business deals
  • You have a high intrinsic motivation to continuously challenge yourself to become better every single day.
  • You are driven and motivated for ways to overachieve against your targets.
  • You have excellent communication skills in French, both written and spoken, and fluent in English and Spanish (both professional fluency).
