Our operations team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience from onboarding and integrations to ongoing support. We aim to empower our users to fully leverage our platform and services from day one.

We are looking for an Implementation Manager / Customer Success Manager French/Spanish to join and enhance our team. You will guide customers through the onboarding process, train them to get the most out of our modules, and provide support along the way.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end onboarding projects independently
  • Train our customers online to maximize the value of our modules
  • Provide fast, precise, and empathetic support
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to streamline onboarding flows

Requirements

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French
  • Affinity for using software solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Nice to have

  • Good command of Spanish to support our diverse client base
  • Understanding property management processes in commercial or residential real estate
