Our company is sailing in uncharted waters. CEAD aims at pushing the boundaries of the 3D printing market. The different departments of our team thus aim at innovation above all.

In our pursuit of this innovation, we partner with universities and material design companies around the world. And, we are looking for innovation additions to our current team. 

Maarten en Lucas started the company in 2014. Within a short period we welcomed about 10 new team members. Three relocations and eight years later, the company consists of about 50 team members.

It is save to say that CEAD grows as a company. This allows our staff to pursue personal growth as well. The company is growing, so you can grow with it.

Micromanaging is something that you will not find at CEAD. We believe in providing our colleagues with the freedom that they need, in order to come up with creative and innovative ideas.

This freedom also reflects in the hierarchy of the company. Do you have a good idea? Simply walk up to our CEO and discuss the idea. You’re able to shape your own activities.

From California and New York to Stuttgart and Paris, we regularly exhibit our robot extruders and AM Flexbot at trade fairs worldwide. We invite the entire team to visit our exhibitions in Europe.

This means a day of sightseeing among the most innovative companies of the world, as well as “teambuilding” in restaurants and bars afterwards.
