Sales Executive - Aviation SaaS (EU-based)
Sales & Business Development
Are you a closer? Do you want to own the full sale — from first outreach to signature — for a product that's changing how airlines and charter operators source and manage air travel across Europe?
At C Teleport, we're transforming corporate travel by combining automation, machine learning, and pragmatic commercial insight. As our Account Executive - New Business (Aviation) for the EU region, you'll carry a quota and win net-new business with airlines, aircraft operators, and corporate travel buyers.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor sales role - you'll be the one closing deals, not managing a team and not inheriting a book of accounts. It's EU-based and remote-first, reporting to our VP of Sales, in a collaborative international team that values ownership, transparency, and customer-centric selling.
Is this you?
This role is for you if:
You've personally closed net-new B2B deals end-to-end: sourced, qualified, negotiated, and signed them yourself.
You've carried a quota and consistently hit or beaten it.
You get energy from hunting and opening doors, not just maintaining relationships.
This role is not a fit if your experience is primarily account management, customer success, SDR/BDR pipeline-generation (handing deals to a closer), sales leadership without recent hands-on selling, or travel-agent / operations / logistics-coordination work. We say this up front to save us both time.
What you'll do
Own your territory: Build and execute a plan to find and win new business across your assigned EU markets and key pan-European accounts.
Close the full cycle: Run the entire sale — prospecting, qualification, product demos, commercial negotiation, and contract signature.
Sell the solution: Translate complex customer requirements into compelling commercial proposals, using our platform, APIs, and data services to solve real operational and cost problems.
Build the pipeline: Maintain an accurate, well-qualified pipeline and deliver reliable forecasts against your individual target.
Be the voice of the customer: Feed market, competitor, and customer insight back to Product and Marketing; partner with Customer Success and Operations for smooth handover after you win.
Represent us: Show up for C Teleport at aviation and travel-industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the EU.
What you need
Proven closing (required): A track record of personally closing net-new B2B deals across the full cycle. SaaS or platform sales is ideal. This is the one thing we won't compromise on.
Commercial acumen: Comfortable building commercial models, negotiating complex contracts, and presenting ROI to senior stakeholders.
EU location & work rights (required): You already live in and are authorised to work in the EU. We do not offer visa sponsorship or relocation. You're comfortable working remotely and travelling regularly across Europe.
English fluency (required): Excellent written and verbal English. Additional EU languages are a strong advantage.
Self-starter: Proactive, organised, and able to operate independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with a distributed team.
CRM & tools: Comfortable using a CRM and sales tooling, and using data to prioritise where you spend your time.
Strong pluses (not required — we'll teach the industry to a great closer)
Experience selling into aviation, corporate travel, or travel-tech.
Familiarity with airline/travel operations, fare structures, charter and scheduled services, GDS/NDC, or the needs of corporate travel buyers.
What we offer
Competitive compensation: Market-competitive base plus an attractive variable, 50/50 OTE in the €80k–€100k range.
Remote-first flexibility: Work from home, with travel for client meetings and industry events across Europe.
Growth environment: An international, collaborative, results-driven culture where your work directly shapes product and commercial strategy.
Development: Career progression, sales training, and exposure to product and leadership teams.
