About the Role
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager (Paid Acquisition) to take full ownership of our paid marketing engine and support our lead generation goals. This is a hands-on, metrics-driven role focused on running high-performing paid campaigns, keeping our ad creatives sharp, and delivering steady, cost-effective growth.
You’ll also own SEO execution and collaborate closely with Sales and Product Marketing to align campaigns with commercial priorities.
Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel paid ad campaigns to meet leads and CPA targets
Manage and improve SEO fundamentals to drive stable organic growth
Execute and iterate on CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates across our funnel
Refresh ad copy and creatives regularly, monitor performance, and introduce new ideas
Own campaign reporting with insights on performance, wins, and opportunities
Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to align messaging and feedback loops
Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and event setup using GA4, GTM, and related tools
Continuously test and learn to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
Must-Haves
Strong experience running Paid Ads / PPC campaigns in B2B SaaS
Skilled in analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
Solid grasp of SEO best practices and experience implementing them
Comfortable with CRO testing and iterative conversion improvements

Proficient in the following tools:
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
GA4, GTM, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools

Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment with measurable targets
A strong track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns
Data fluency and confidence in setting up, interpreting, and acting on analytics
25 days of paid time off per year (based on full-time)
Work-from-abroad allowance of 30 working days per calendar year
Hybrid work model: 3 days in our Rotterdam office, 2 days from home
