The Sales Team

Our Sales team consists of 14 members and is led by the VP of Sales. The team is structured into four sub-teams: the Sales Team-Maritime, Sales Team-Aviation, Customer Support Team, and Sales Support Team.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a new Sales Manager to join our Aviation sub-team in January 2025. You will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy within the aviation sector and work closely with the Sales Director (Aviation Team) and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Leadership: Represent C Teleport’s travel platform, a pioneering solution in the aviation sector, ensuring exceptional engagement with prospective clients and industry partners.

  • Sales Execution: Conduct product demos, close deals, and nurture client relationships through video calls, phone, or in-person meetings.

  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and expanded market presence.

  • Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Support team and Growth/Marketing team, who will support lead generation and campaigns, allowing you to focus on converting qualified leads into long-term business partnerships.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B sales within the Travel and/or Aviation sector.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with excellent presentation skills.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Superior problem-solving, organisational, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Language Fluency: Proficiency in English is a must, bilingual proficiency in another European language is a plus
