Location: Remote (Must be within +2 hours of Central European Time; Candidates from Americas, Australia, or Asia will not be considered)

• Minimum 2 years experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Excellent English communication skills at a C1+ level.
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of practices like Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.
• Solid knowledge and ready to use Scrum of Scrum, Nexus, Less.
• Having a background in collaborating with remote teams and facilitating sessions aimed at improving team practices.
• Ability to configure Jira according to team needs.
• PSM 1 and ICAgile certificates are a plus.

• Empowering teams to boost their performance by adopting Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and other meetings
• Promoting Agile at the company-wide level
• Perform JIRA administration and reporting
• Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with team members and stakeholders as needed.

Timezone Requirement: Candidates must be located within +2 hours of Central European Time (CET).
