About the Finance Team

Our finance team plays a key role in keeping the company running smoothly. We’re a growing but focused team that works closely with management and other departments to ensure everything from budgeting to reporting is well-organized and transparent. You’ll be working in an environment where precision and teamwork go hand in hand and where your input will be genuinely appreciated.

As part of the team, you’ll gain insight into how a growing international company operates financially, while getting the chance to take on real responsibility and develop your skills.

What You'll Do

• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Support monthly and quarterly closings
• Help with invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation
• Analyze revenues, costs, and financial KPIs to support decision-making
• Contribute to financial forecasting and planning tools
• Assist in improving internal financial procedures and controls
• Support ad-hoc financial projects, such as funding applications or cost-benefit analyses

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferably fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and proficient in English
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Excel (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not mandatory
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Interest in working in a tech and innovation-driven environment
