About the Operations Team
At C-Cube International, the Operations Team is the backbone of our projects. They make sure everything runs smoothly — from preparing and shipping equipment to coordinating fieldwork and supporting projects across different countries. The team connects all departments, ensuring that our technology and services are delivered efficiently and on time.
Working in Operations means no two days are the same. You might be planning logistics for a project abroad one day and improving internal workflows the next. The environment is hands-on, fast-paced, and collaborative, offering plenty of opportunities to learn and take initiative.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management & Logistics Intern to support our daily operations and logistics processes. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, from equipment preparation and shipment coordination to process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
• Support operational planning, coordination, and documentation for ongoing projects.
• Assist in inventory management and logistics.
• Help standardize internal procedures and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate operational records in our ERP system.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operations with project goals.
• Support general administrative and facility-related tasks.
Who You Are
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on attitude with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Preferably fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) and proficient in English .
• Interest in technology, sustainability, or offshore industries is preferred.
