Logistics Officer
Location: Delft, hybrid
Duration: 1 July 2025 – 28 February 2026
Working hours: 28-32 hours (preferably spread over 5 days)
Reporting to: Global Operations Lead
About the role
We seek an enthusiastic logistics officer to join our team as maternity leave cover. In this role, you will supervise, coordinate, and execute all logistics operations for EMEA-APAC regions and all shipments to our US warehouse, ensuring our products are transported, stored, and delivered to customers smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
You’ll be the key link between our internal teams (Operations, Sales, Finance, and Technical) and external partners (assembly partners, suppliers, and logistics providers) to keep our supply chain running like clockwork.
What will you be doing
- Plan and coordinate all shipments for EMEA-APAC
- Ensure accurate stock levels at our 3PL locations
- Handle Global inter-company logistics based on agreed shipment plans
- Manage all outbound and inbound customs documentation
- Process and track all shipments in Exact Globe
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders from suppliers
- Support production planning based on the Sales Forecast
- Communicate with our external assembly partner about orders and documentation
- Provide accurate data for inventory and operational KPI reporting
- Commercial support: process orders, sales mailbox, and redirect leads
- A few Office-related tasks
What you need to be successful
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar logistics role, familiar with import and export processes
- Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a relevant field
- Strong affinity with inventory management and commercial logistics
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
- Familiar with systems such as Exact Globe, Hubspot
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must (both verbal and written)
- A hands-on, action-oriented, flexible, and solution-driven mindset
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Confidence in working with international teams and external partners
