Are you our new software engineer?
AssistYou is market leader in voice technology and AI. We deliver cutting-edge voice assistants that provide friendly, fast & personal service to our customers’ customers. Our assistants work seamlessly together with their flesh & blood counterparts to deliver cutting-edge customer service experiences.
We transform the way customers interact with companies. We deliver the answer to what customer service call-centers need to look like in the 21st century. We seamlessly blend human-qualities, such as creativity and empathy, with digital-qualities such as virtual unlimited capacity and instant delivery. Examples of situations we solve for our customers’ customers include: no more waiting for service, no more customer service reps asking who you are, no more IVR’s.
We’re looking for developers with various levels of experience to help us on our mission to make reaching out to customer service less of a chore, and more of a delight!
You’re a techie at heart. Curious and pragmatic. Resourceful. You favor simplicity and are result driven. You believe taking many small steps will get you closer to your goal than one giant leap.
Working with our clients is critical to building assistants that match their brand, products, and clientele. This requires you to be communicative and emphatic. You can count on the full support of the team, and you'll have a good deal of autonomy in your work.
