As a key member of the Operations team at aQysta, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of vegetables, herbs, and other food-service products. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely availability of high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency and smooth coordination across suppliers, warehouse, and delivery teams.

JOB PROFILE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Source and procure vegetables, herbs, and other food-service products from multiple suppliers and marketplaces
Visit wholesale markets, farms, and sourcing locations to identify reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing
Ensure timely procurement and availability of products to meet daily customer demand
Inspect and verify product quality, freshness, and quantity during procurement and receiving
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and delivery operations to ensure smooth supply chain execution
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability while minimizing waste and losses
Update and manage purchase orders, inventory records, and procurement activities in the ERP/CRM system
Analyze supplier performance and identify alternative sourcing options to improve cost efficiency and product quality
Handle urgent procurement requirements, shortages, and supplier-related issues
Work closely with operations and sales teams to align procurement plans with customer orders
Support quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with company standards
Perform other duties as assigned

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

Education:

Plus two completed (Bachelor’s degree running or completed in a related field preferred)

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
Ability to manage stress and deliver results consistently
