RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain an overview of payments and outstanding (Partner ledger) of different B2B customers of the company including Hotels,Restaurants with the help of Accounts team.

• Carry out regular follow up and visits to ensure the payments are received on timely manner as per the agreed terms and conditions.

• Monitor payment dues and share statement/invoice as per the requirement of customer with the help of Accounts team.

• Maintaining day to day payment received status and work towards reducing the total outstanding amount as a main goal.

• Receiving feedback from the clients/customers and sharing to the team for improvement if needed.

• Support team in improving policies around payment terms.
