About the Facility Department
Our Facility team ensures that our offices are inspiring and enjoyable workplaces. They focus on keeping all buildings and services fit for purpose, creating an environment where everyone at Ampelmann can excel.
Your role as Receptionist
As Receptionist, you will be part of the Facility team. You are responsible for welcoming our visitors, ensuring that they feel at home. Your role includes answering first-line questions, greeting guests, managing phone calls, handling administrative tasks, taking care of the stock of office supplies and helping with small inquiries from colleagues. In this role you will report to the Office Manager.
Regular activities
Receive visitors at the reception/front desk by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
Receive, sort and send mail or packages and process incoming e-mails and requests from different mailboxes.
Manage company resources such as cars, bicycles, meeting room calendars, and lunch shifts, while assisting with employee onboarding/offboarding and office supply orders.
Handle administrative tasks like processing Topdesk requests and ordering business cards.
Support the Facility Coordinator with maintaining workplace cleanliness, organizing facilities, and addressing inquiries or projects.

Available for 32 hours
Vocational education
2 years+ of relevant working experience
Proactiveness and collaborative approach
Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility
Proficient Dutch and English language skills

Monthly gross salary (40-hour) between € 2.436 and € 3.028, based on experience
