We are a fast-growing high-tech start-up seeking a part-time/full-time Quality Control Engineer to join our team. As QC Engineer, you will play a critical role in the products we manufacture and thus in the success of our company. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on cutting-edge technology.

As QC Engineer for a high-tech start-up, your mission is to ensure the highest level of quality for our AR lenses. You will work closely with the production team to identify and address any quality issues and will help develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure that our products meet or exceed industry standards. You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

• A degree in Optical Engineering, Photonics, Ophthalmics, Material Science or Physics with a focus on Optics
• 3 years of experience preferred, open to considering recent graduates
• Technical background in polymer science or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with testing methods and standards used in ophthalmic applications is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and precision
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently
• Passionate about quality and maintaining high standards
